Home Inspections

Home inspections include all visible components of the home. We never add on extra hidden fees for things such as age of the home, a basement, or a crawl space - those are all included in the price, which is based on square footage of the home.

Up to 1,000 sq ft: $375

1,001 to 1,500 sq ft: $400

1,501 to 2,000 sq ft: $425

2,001 to 2,500 sq ft: $450

2,501 to 3,000 sq ft: $475

3,001 to 3,500 sq ft: $525

3,501 to 4,000 sq ft: $575

Add-on Services with any Inspection

Radon testing: $150

Termite inspection: $50

Water testing: $35 per test

Single Services

Radon testing: $175

Pest inspection: $125

Well Testing $150

**Please note: All fees are due at the time of inspection. We accept cash, check, debit/credit cards, Cash App, and Venmo. Card transactions are subject to a 2.6% processing fee.

Cancellation Policy

Inspections cancelled within 24 hours of the inspection start time will be charged a fee of 50% of all requested services (i.e. a home inspection for a 1,200 sq ft house costs $400, making the cancellation fee $200). An invoice from our card processing merchant will be emailed directly to the client for payment upon cancellation. Cancellation fees can be credited towards a rescheduled inspection if it takes place within 30 days and is with the same inspector. Inspections cancelled more than 24 hours of the inspection start time will not be charged a cancellation fee.
