My name is Charlie Kay. I'm a home inspector for Southeast Michigan. I am excited to create a comfortable, secure, and transparent experience for home buyers.

I've spent much of my life building things, creating beautiful spaces for people, and traveling the world. I previously played college basketball, and then went on to work on projects across the United States that were geared toward growing fresh foods, and maintaining vast expanses of land. I ended up landing in Ann Arbor after meeting my partner, and we've enjoyed learning more about this wonderful and eclectic city together, while embracing the amazing diversity of the Water Hill neighborhood.
